Ruthy is here to help you find your dream home! As a military brat with roots in Hawaii, Texas, and Southern California, Ruthy experienced firsthand the excitement and challenges of moving and finding a new place to call home. At the age of 14, her parents bought their first home in Killeen, Texas, where they still reside today. This experience planted a seed in Ruthy that would later blossom into her passion for real estate. In 2010, Ruthy and her husband Andy moved to Tacoma to plant a church. Homeownership seemed like a distant dream, so together with her husband they decided to buy a duplex and let the tenants help cover their mortgage costs. Little did they know, that purchase would not only change their financial future but also ignite their love for real estate investing.
